On 14 March 2017, InRoad holds the first of a series of workshops to engage with the relevant stakeholders involved in national decision-making and evaluation practices for research infrastructures.
The workshop will provide the opportunity to exchange on national practices, discuss key concepts and methodologies and to be engaged in the InRoad survey questionnaire design, which will be launched later in spring. Discussions will take the form of parallel working sessions on:
- the main characteristics of national research infrastructures roadmapping and evaluation procedures;
- coordination and synchronisation between national procedures, ESFRI and others;
- funding instruments for research infrastructures; and
- research infrastructures business models and their links to national roadmapping procedures.
The outcome of the discussions will feed directly into the further activities of the project and help us to identify the right elements and case studies on which to focus our analysis on.
The workshop will take place on 14 March 2017 at the Belgian Science Policy Office (BELSPO), Avenue Louise 231 in Brussels. You can find the detailled programme of the workshop here and please register via the following link.
